On a night before Christmas, believers aged 2-10 and the young at heart are invited to take the jolly journey to Santa's secret workshop. Journeys last for approximately 35 minutes. Photo opportunities abound, so bring your camera! The first 15 minutes begins with the search for the secret gate and a guided exploration of an enchanting elf community, with 25 child-sized structures, featuring the civic center, Elf Hollow Resident Village, and Northern Territory Country Christmas Cabins. Then guests will discover Santa's Secret Workshop where he conjures his magical ideas and prototypes. You will be treated to a unique 15-minute private visit with Santa. Location: Residence in Glendale, California. The address and detailed instructions will be provided upon booking. Notes: Elves run a tight ship with specific rules. - Appointment times are set every 20 minutes and are firm. Arrive a few minutes early to get ready! - The fee is non-refundable, but families can change their appointment as space allows. - Limit of 8 family members. Larger parties may book two back-to-back appointment times. - The journey through Elf Hollow and the Northern Territory is not suitable for strollers due to small hills and gravel pathways; strollers can be used for the second half of the visit. - Closed-toe shoes are a must. - Families needing special accommodations should call to discuss before booking.
